Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 24 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 24 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 25% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once.
